Story by Caroline Hager
Soaked is a rock band made up of musicians who dropped out of the University of Texas at Austin. They began coupling upbeat pacing with chill vocals about three years ago to create their own unique sound. On Feb. 1, Soaked released their debut record “Don’t Wanna Wake Up Today!,” which premiered on Burger Records and Yippee Ki Yay Records.
The album release party kicked off the start of their West Coast Tour. They headed to Denver, Colorado, the following day and will finish their tour in Austin on March 3 at Hotel Vegas.
