Banana and Honey Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Quick Oats
- 2/3 cup honey vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 mashed banana
As a vegan alternative, substitute the honey vanilla Greek yogurt with O’Soy’s vanilla flavored yogurt.
Strawberry Almond Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cut oats
- 2/3 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Almond (or soy) milk
- Handful of strawberries
As a vegan alternative, substitute the strawberry Greek yogurt with Daiya’s strawberry flavored yogurt.
Banana and Brown Sugar Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Almond (or soy) milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
As a vegan alternative, substitute the plain Greek yogurt with So Delicious, the coconut milk flavor.
Directions
- For all recipes, combine all the ingredients into a sealable container and stir them together well.
- Refrigerate oats for at least 3 hours or overnight.
