Originally from London, Leo Duncan and Ben Moorhouse first met at a house party. From there, the two began making music after establishing a bond over shared sensibilities in music styles and tastes. The duo released their debut album, “Hit the Light,” this year which features prominent songs like “Turn,” and “Elodie.”

What was your worst vacation?
We went to Big Sur after we finished the California dates of the last tour. Everyone had prepared us for the romantic vistas and fresh pine, but when we arrived mid-July, thick fog descended and you couldn’t see a f*cking thing. We went down to the water for a quick swim, but Baywatch told us the water was so cold we’d all get heart attacks and they wouldn’t be coming in to save us, so we just sat on the beach, got sand in our sandwiches and then decided to go home, much like all holidays I’ve had in England, really.
What color is your music?
The colour of Keith Richards’ lungs and liver.
What food best describes your band?
Mushrooms have always spoken very highly of us.
