The ten-day festival, unlike all other festivals, has come and gone in a flash. For those of you who were not in Austin or are just having withdrawals, ORANGE Magazine compiled some highlights from South by Southwest’s Music Festival.

Up-and-coming artists from 63 different countries all came together in Austin for concerts that continued for seven days straight. Shows were scattered across the city in venues, churches, parks and other locations. Household names including Khalid, 20-year-old singer-songwriter from El Paso, joined future household names like Nilüfer Yanya, a soulful singer from London who released her newest single in February.
The Live Music Capital of the World truly lived up to its nickname this year. People flooded Sixth Street from the early hours of the morning into the late night, the most action an Austinite will see on the street all year long. With music at every corner, it was hard not to see a show during SXSW, or at least hear it from the line outside. As you recover from a tiring yet incredible week of music, take a look back at some of this year’s big moments.
