Tonic water glows under a blacklight, so follow this recipe for an easy-to-make and delicious spooky cocktail that will light up your party.
Glowing “Boo” Cocktail
This delicious combination of tonic water, cranberry juice, and spirits will create a spooky, glowing cocktail that changes color between purple and blue under blacklight!
Ingredients
2 oz. your choice between gin, vodka, or rum
1 oz. cranberry juice
4 oz. tonic water
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine your choice of spirit and cranberry juice with ice and shake.
Add tonic water to your glass.
Pour the contents of your shaker over the tonic water.
Stir all the ingredients together.
Top off with ice as needed.
Turn the lights off and place drinks under a black light for a bright, blue glowing drink!
Optional: Make your drinks glow even more by pre-freezing tonic water ice cubes. The night before your Halloween celebration, pour tonic water over an ice tray and freeze.
