If you don’t have time or the effort to put on makeup before class, try these five simple beauty hacks with a product everyone should always keep handy on their bathroom counter: Vaseline Petroleum Jelly.
ORANGE Magazine has compiled these tips to find small ways of enhancing looks and putting on a fresh face with a simple product.
This one is obvious, but vaseline cures dryness and is arguably the best form of lip balm. Use it right when you wake up and right before you fall asleep every night to restore lip moisture.

Makeup wipes can do the job, but sometimes the mascara on your lashes is still left over from the night before, even after trying to wipe it all off. Vaseline can be a fantastic alternative to removing eye makeup. Using your finger or a cotton ball, all it takes is a rub on your eyelid to easily remove everything.

Not only is vaseline useful for removing eye makeup, but it can also help in applying some. If you wake up looking tired, instead of putting on mascara, add vaseline to your eyelashes. This can help create an instant look of freshness and make it seem like you naturally woke up looking ready for the day.

Many strive for that natural glow and if you are a makeup connoisseur, congrats! But if you struggle with makeup and do not want to pay for the real deal, adding a quick line of vaseline under your eyes and onto your upper cheekbone can do the trick. Just make sure not to add too much in order to avoid looking oily.

Lastly, vaseline can be used to tame those annoying frizzy hair pieces that won’t seem to stay slick. Once again, you do not want to use too much and have oily hair. Using a bit of vaseline on those few stubborn strands can do the trick and add finishing touches to any look.
