Dogs in tutus. Dogs in bandanas. Dogs in shorts. Just dogs. Dogs everywhere. At Dogtoberfest at The Domain shopping mall on Saturday, pooches sported everything from patterned bandanas to elaborate Halloween-themed outfits. Strutting down the mall’s main street, which was lined with pet-friendly booths, the dogs competed in a costume contest, and ORANGE took some shots of the best contenders.
